They were very keen to fully understand what style of photographs and any specific requirements we had and we were very impressed with the way they blended into the background on the day and yet were able to capture numerous informal and creative photographs. In mid November 2009 I realised that finding a suitable present for my parents' golden wedding anniversary in early December was getting a bit tight. Having finally decided that a picture of me and the kids was the best solution I set about finding the right supplier. Using Yell.com I found a huge list, and phoned several based on the type and quality (in my opinion) of photos on web sites. Fisher Creative were the first to respond to my call, they were helpful and friendly despite my tight timeframe and lack of availability. The photo session was on a Saturday morning, and we were nervous - don't do this sort of thing very often! The ladies at Fisher Creative were great, friendly and professional but able to put all of us at ease. The setting was just an area of white sheeting which we just stood in and chatted. I'm not sure how we moved from talking to filming, but they managed to catch us in very natural poses despite the unnatural surroundings. We came back the next Friday evening and really struggled to select which of about 25 of the photos we wanted, eventually settling on two and choosing some appropriate frames. These were ready the next Friday evening - all done in two weeks, which I'm told is much shorter than usual! One photo made my mum cry, the other has pride of place at home. Both the outcome and the experience were excellent - and the children were delighted to see some of our pictures on the web site (maybe I was too!)
